Arrived on site, client said they had no hot water, tried lighting pilot and would not light. Unit is from 2010. Gave diagnostic options to client. After diagnostic, was able to light pilot and water fired up with no issues, waited approximately 20 minutes and everything still working properly. Not very much combustible air in mechanical room, recommended leaving door open, or creating slats in door to allow more airflow. Left estimates with client for replacement. If issues continue, recommend replacing unit based on age as well.
Arrived on site, clients main water shut off below meter was leaking from packing. Client has bucket underneath, says it’s been dripping for almost a year. Went over options and client authorized me to replace main shut off valve. Had city come out and shut water off at curb stop in front yard. Cut out and removed old shut off valve, installed new 3/4†ball valve w/drain. Had city come turn water back on, tested and everything working properly. 1 year warranty parts and labor.

Arrived on site, we had recently winterized swamp cooler for client. When we did, we accidentally left the water valve on the hose splitter to swamp cooler on. So when client went to use regular hose, water would spray out of swamp cooler connection. Client is unable to turn valve off based on position against wall. I loosened splitter adapter to be able to shut valve off for swamp cooler. Tightened adapter back on so client can use regular hose in mean time. Everything working properly. Client will have to loosen adapter to turn valve for swamp cooler on and off each year.
Arrived on site, clients sprinkler shut off valve was not fully closing allowing water to continue to vacuum breaker. Gave options to client to replace valve and/or rebuild main water tree. Pressure in home is at 65-70psi. Client authorized me to replace sprinkler shut off valve. Shut water off to home, cut old valve out and installed new 3/4†ball valve w/drain. Positioned drain accordingly and discussed placement with homeowner. Turned water back on, tested and everything working properly. 2 year warranty parts and labor. Client signed up for BVR.

Stops and supply lines to check out OK with no leaks. Drainage connections check out OK with no leaks. No leaking below disposer with a possible bad internal seal. No leaks noted underneath the dishwasher With discharging into standpipe, and no back up out to stand pipe. Fill both sink compartments and discharge to check for possible back up through stand pipe in cabinet. No back up noted and drainage is good. Noted moist sheet rock around Studer vent recessed area and noted moist cabinet backing just underneath the countertop at the backside. Noted standing water around base of pull out style kitchen faucet with faucet not in use. Hose connection to head is tight and not leaking.
