Chris M came out due to no heat issues. Performed diagnostic. Found system tripped on high limit switch. Found merv 13 filter inside guillotine filter door. Found a dirty indoor evap coil that is part of issue of air flow and why the high limit switch failed. Found induction fan motor rated for 1.05 amps and actual is 1.1 to 1.0 amps which is at its threshold. Recommend replacing inducer and safety device pressure switch. Performed delta t check and getting over 80 degrees split. Manufacture states between 45 and 75 degrees no more. Gave customer options. Got permission to perform work. Went to supply house and picked up correct components. Came back with correct components. Shut system down by power. Took off panels to indoor coil. Took flue off. Unstrapped lineset. Was able to get “w” indoor coil to pull out far enough to clean properly. Cleaned thoroughly with coil cleaner and coil brush. Placed back into casing. Repaired drain line with pvc coupling. Placed front cover plate on

Customer had slip joint piping under kitchen sink that had come loose and separated upon inspection I was able to fix the issue so only charged for inspection also senior citizen so waved trip fee.

Customer had a delay in filling of toilet. The flush valve is operating correctly at this time. Flushed the toilet over 20 times with no issues. Customer is relieved it wasn’t going to leak or cause a bigger issue. At this time toilet is flushing correctly.

Met with Leroy and discussed the issue of the unit possibly short cycling.inspected the unit running it off the thermostat with the covers on and off for the combustion section. And made no difference. Waited for unit to cycle off via the thermostat and that took approximately 35 minutes. Waited till the unit cycled back on via the thermostat and watched for short cycling. None occurred. Flame was blue as it should be. Found no issues system is running properly at this time

Services we provided today: Quote 10317 for the pressure switches on order. Please Elizabeth call and give card info over phone. 8 am is a good time to call in North Denver Winair. Replaced inducer motor and client has heat. 2 yr warranty with membership. CO test passed at 0.00. 1192717 part. 03/22/2022 Picked up pressure switches and arrived on job. Meet with Leroy and was shown the furnace. Shut down the system and swapped the new and old switches. Restarted system and tested operations. System is operating properly at this time

Arrived on site, client said they had no hot water, tried lighting pilot and would not light. Unit is from 2010. Gave diagnostic options to client. After diagnostic, was able to light pilot and water fired up with no issues, waited approximately 20 minutes and everything still working properly. Not very much combustible air in mechanical room, recommended leaving door open, or creating slats in door to allow more airflow. Left estimates with client for replacement. If issues continue, recommend replacing unit based on age as well.

Arrived on site, clients main water shut off below meter was leaking from packing. Client has bucket underneath, says it’s been dripping for almost a year. Went over options and client authorized me to replace main shut off valve. Had city come out and shut water off at curb stop in front yard. Cut out and removed old shut off valve, installed new 3/4” ball valve w/drain. Had city come turn water back on, tested and everything working properly. 1 year warranty parts and labor.
