Customer had piping that had holes in it from construction done in December. Pin holes just showed up now when he used the hose bibb.

Customer had backflow preventer‘s for yard sprinkler that had frozen ball valves on it. Installed new backflow preventer.
Furnish and install fill valve, flapper, supply flex, stop and escutcheon at Jack and Jill bath toilet. Prior to arrival, toilet bowl had backed up after use and it spilled over on the tiled floor. Most likely, due to a warped, leaking flapper, the tank water continued to run into the bowl and out onto the floor until it was discovered at a later time. Enrolled in the Value Maintenance Plan for one year. Two year labor and material warranty. Paid by card.
