Double Priced

I am still trying to believe I was charged $655, with a $50 coupon, for a small job that took about 20 minutes and a plastic connector. I have been a long time Bell customer, and I have always been satisfied with the work. The price was reasonable in the past. Half of what I paid would have been reasonable.

Customer thought that the water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. However found that the water was coming down from upstairs in another unit. Went up stairs and found that the condensation line was draining outside of the water heater pan and leaking to unit below. Both units were advised to get ahold of there insurance to file claims. Spoke with Lana about the situation and she will be dealing with the issue. Lana also payed with Amex. Took pictures of both units 203 and 103.
