Great work, fast and on time and reliable!
Service was VERY expensive!!!
Matthew came out to fix a plumbing leak at my house. Water was coming out of the ceiling in the basement when the upstairs shower was turned on. Matthew explained all work to be completed and in a relatively short period of time was able to isolate the leak and fix it.
Kyle did a great job on the pressure regulator installation. The quality of the installation was first rate and Kyle was great on the explanation of the service and work to be performed, as well as taking the time after the installation to make sure everything was back to normal including the sprinkler system. Will definitely use Bell plumbing the next time I have an issue.
Rustin did a great job with our water heater and master bath toilet repair. Great communicator, did excellent work!
I have been a longtime customer of Bell Heating and Plumbing- Chris M. represents Bell exceptionally well-explained the problem and proceeded to repair the boiler and cleaned area. Of course I will use Bell in the future and request Chris! Thanks You!

Chris Rosales came out to tune furnace, performed 13 point inspection and found the condenser is high amping at 19.46 Rated 20. This is due to hail damage on condenser nor allowing air flow for refrigerant to evaporate. Also found rust spots and on indoor coil however coil, indoor coil is not accessible for further inspection. Ac coil does not have a secondary float switch, recommended for every furnace in case of clog in main drain. AC is cooling at this time. Also inspected furnace and found the unit is heating according to manufacturers specifications.
Chris McQuistion came out due to no heat on boiler. Performed diagnostic. Found expansion tank is faulty which more than likely caused the boiler to air lock. Found that the auto feed and back flow preventer has failed. This is the reason why it did not try to fill back up. Found premium auto air vent has been leaking and corrosion around it. This is recommended to be replaced. Found circ pump has rust and corrosion around it which is signs of failure. Found 11/4†isolation valve has corrosion around it and is recommended to be replaced. Gave customer options. Customer would like a bid on replacement with a wall hung high efficiency boiler and a novo water conditioning system with water softening. Scheduling Lance to come out. Will credit trip charge and diagnostic towards either repair or replacement done.

Water in drain pan is suffocating the oxygen required to keep the burner lit. Pilot lights without a problem, but the burner does extinguish itself after a few seconds. Source of this water could be a tank leak or possibly air conditioning condensate draining backwards into the tank into the pan due to the connection of PVC drain piping and slope. There is not enough clearance between the tank and the edge of the pan to sponge out the water. Suggested to owner to replace this 14 year old tank and provided quotes. If a hole is drilled at the side bottom of the pan, the water will drain out and the burner will stay lit, but the water that leaves the pan will most likely will not flow to the floor drain due to the slope of the concrete.
Upon arrival, client wanted customer supplied smart whole home shut off valve installed. Not a lot of room on main water stack to install it. Went over options with client to install the smart valve, and reconfigure stack to accommodate new smart valve. Client authorized work. Shut water off to home and drained system down. Cut out tee for sprinkler, and “vacation†valve. Client had put 2â€x4†to mount new smart valve. Mounted valves, and plumbed it in. Had to reconfigure piping to fit. Installed new tee and new valve w/drain for sprinkler, and new valve for “vacationâ€. Installed tee for hammer arrester for sprinkler line and installed existing hammer arrester. Turned water on and purged air from system. Tested and everything working properly. 2 year warranty parts and labor. No warranty on customer supplied smart valve.
