Arrived on site, clients kitchen sink drain would back up after running water for about 10-15 seconds. Presented options, client authorized work. Cabled out kitchen drain line, pulled back food grease. Cleared blockage. Ran water and filled sinks multiple times and drained. Everything flowing great. No warranty on drain clear. Client bought Bio Clean
Replaces two wall hydrants. One out front and one out back.
Customer has 50 gallon Rheem power vent in operation since 2007. Piped with CPVC. Created estimates for customer to replace water heater.
Gas line repair, capped gas line for now. Client is having some construction done. Once construction is done, we will come back and repipe gas line, and add tee and valve for gas grill hook up.
Hose bib has a probably freeze break and drywall in basement needs to removed to replace hose bib.
Customer was not at job. C Russell Griffiths walking through the bathrooms found floor drains that did not have water in them. Sewer gas was coming up from dry traps. I talk to The people that were leasing the property. Seth and explain to them that the traps needed to have water added to them monthly. I explained that the air could blow open into the building when there was no water in them.
