Bell wanted to charge $1150 to install two light switches, and two outlets.
We had a very good experience with our Bell Plumbing technician. He discovered a difficult to find problem and helped us out with what we needed. He did a great job! We have used Bell Plumbing for two decades and are loyal customers.
We recently replaced our furnace with Bell. The installation team is excellent. They did a wonderful job. The price is okay and we get one year interest free payment plan. They also offer great warranty.

Not sure what our expectations were with a simple furnace install. However, Joe and his associates from Bell Plumbing attended to the extra details to make the installation complete and neatly done. No hanging wires, no odd gas piping and no needless electrical wiring. At job completion, there were no signs they were even here.
we had a water leak under our kitchen sink. the first plumber replaced most of the drain pipes ($710) the second plumber replaced the rest of the drain pipes ($451) the third plumber took all of two minutes to try ti find the leak and was successful. the leak was in one of the shut off valves . he replaced both shut off valves based on the assumption if one leaked the second one would soon leak. ( no price yet) this morning for the first time in well over a week there was no water in the cabinet under the sink. were we taken advantage of because we are seniors? I don't know how to judge that. what I do know is that the charges seem exorbitant. the first two plumbers (?) spent less than a half hour combined and that cost over one thousand one hundred fifty dollars ($1161)

Jake found the problem with my furnace quickly and corrected it. He explained the issue and what caused it and corrective actions to take. He was very knowledgeable and showed me all of the issues with my 25+ year old furnace. He performed some preventive maintenance and repair on the pressure sensor and explained what to do if the furnace goes out again. Because of him, we will be using Bell Plumbing and Heating to replace our old furnace and air conditioner. I want all of the repair/servicing technicians that work within my home to be as good as Jake!
Arrived at Chubbys restaurant water heater was working properly. Customer said they had problems who is it staying lit And producing hot water. It was running properly when I showed up

Expansion tank ruptured and leaking through schraeder valve. Checked pressure at house and was at 80 psi, above safe zone. Checked out PRV and it was a newer model LF aub. Turned down the pressure to within safe zone and rechecked. All is good

Customer bought a kitchen sink faucet to be installed. Installed kitchen sink faucet. Head outside hose bib that had froze. Replaced hose bib outside front of house
Customer had a pilot light that wasn’t lighting. Explained how it needed work and it lit and has no issues.payed with a cc.
I observed what sounded like a drip in the office near the tub and shower. I removed shower trim and found the shower cartridge to be free of leaks. I also checked the tub shoe, overflow, and supply piping to shower and found no signs of water. I did hear a loud glug and knocking on the drain piping to tub. I believe their is a venting problem and no leak but can’t be certain without removing drywall in the office ceiling. I explained the possibility of p traps being siphoned and introducing sewer gas. Reset the tin fire blocking and insulation at tub drain. recaulked shower trim. Part pick up charge was to get camera. Please allow 24 hours for caulk to dry. Please call Bell back if you see any signs of water in the bathroom or office, or if you smell. Sewer gas.
Arrived on site, clients hot valve for washer broke off and leaked everywhere. Client shut water off to home. Client has cleaned water, no damage. Client wants both valves replaced. Discussed options, client authorized work. Opened small section of drywall to access copper water lines. Cut and removed hot and cold valves. Installed new hot and cold valves, connected to copper. Turned water on, purged air from system. Tested and everything working properly. 2 year warranty parts and labor. Bell not responsible for drywall repair.
Met with Karl and was shown where the crawl space was. Discussed the issue and sound they where experiencing. Cycled the solenoid valve 15 times and the only noise I herd other that the furnace running was the drain/condensate pump running. Verified with Karl and his wife and the noise would not present while I was here. Gave customer an estimate for replacement of the solenoid valve. Customer opted to just pay the trip fee at this time.
Call was for furnace not running. Checked and the batteries in the thermostat where dead thermostat is a very basic battery powered. Changed batteries with customer supplied and discussed the maintenance plans customer signed up for a Silver plan.
