Indoor Unit Details Located in a closet, the air handler services the whole home. The pleated filter (2-20x20x1) was checked today. Outdoor Unit Details Located on the side of the house, the heat pump's outdoor coil is in good condition and was cleaned today. Electrical Components Blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring were tested and found to be functioning properly. Inspected Components Blower wheel and primary drain pan are in good condition and operating correctly. All electrical wires were secured. Temperature Readings Return air temperature measured at 72.0 degrees Fahrenheit. Supply air temperature measured at 52.0 degrees Fahrenheit.
