Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Replaced the 20x25 pleated air filter. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Verified the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Confirmed the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, compressor, contactor, and electrical wiring, all operating within manufacturer's specifications. **System Performance:** * Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. * Measured a return air temperature of 70.0°F and a supply air temperature of 52.0°F. * Tested the thermostat operation and restored power to the units.
