Today I arrived on site and performed a winter tune-up on your system. Here's a summary of the work completed: Air Handler Service: Replaced the pleated 1" filter (2-20x20x1, 1-14x14x1). Confirmed the indoor coil is in good, clean condition. Verified the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good condition. Cleared the condensate drain line, cleaned out the primary pan, and tested the safety switch. Condenser Service: Cleaned the outdoor coil, which is in good condition. Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, electrical wiring, and defrost control board; all are working properly within the manufacturer's recommended specifications. Confirmed the drain line is strapped. Additional Checks: Return air temperature: 72.0 Degrees Fahrenheit. Supply air temperature: 118.0 Degrees Fahrenheit. Dusted the return grills and thermostat.
