Membership is not what it used to be

Had to have your tech come out a month before my scheduled 6 month cleaning due to the drain line being clogged. I was charged a service fee; For all I know the line was not cleared on the previous visit. I don't agree with the any fee charged as regular cleaning should be enough to prevent this AND you could have just considered this my 6 month cleaning as it was very close to that time anyway.

Very careful, polite, and excellent on their work

The two young men introduced themselves and explained very clearly what they would be doing. They answered our questions, and gave a very well focused description of their work and the situation of the Heat Pump and other components. Their visit was excellent.

08/19/2025- I arrived on site to find the unit off due to a tripped secondary drain pan safety switch cutting the power to the rest of the unit. I have cleared and treated the primary drain line as well as removed all the water from the secondary drain pan before testing the unit. The unit came on without any issues and I have confirmed that the drain line is draining properly. This unit is now functioning and cooling properly at the time of service.

Diagnostic/ System blowing air but not cooling. I arrived and turned the thermostat on in cool mode. I verified indoor airflow and went outside. I found nothing running at the condenser. I had the right high voltage and low voltage at the contactor but the system was not running due to a failed capacitor. I replaced the capacitor and got the compressor to come on but not the fan motor. The fan motor was overheated, so I hosed it down for a few minutes. I fired the system off and the motor came on. After 10 minutes of run time, its amperage is within factory specs (1.36 out of 1.40 amps). The system is cooling properly at this time.

07/26/2025- I arrived on site to find the run capacitor in the outdoor unit dead, which wouldn’t allow the compressor to start. After replacing the faulty part with truck stock the unit came on without issue. I have verified that the unit is cooling properly with a 18F degree temperature split and is functioning properly at the time of service.
