Diagnostic/ System not cooling. I arrived and verified indoor airflow before going outside. At the condenser, I found that the fan was running but the compressor was not. I checked the run capacitor for the system and found it to be dead on the compressor side. I installed a Turbo 200 capacitor and tested the system. It began cooling properly. I also replaced the 201 filter due to the large amount of concrete dust that had gotten caught up in the old filter. The system is cooling properly and the new capacitor has a 5-year limited warranty. Thank you for your business. Havana FL
