I was very impressed with the technician who performed my service: Brenden Noble. Throughout the years that Bensons has been my Heating/AC company, I have had numerous technicians, but I would rate Brenden as one of the best. He was very professional, explained exactly what he was doing and the service he was providing, and was knowledgeable and pleasant. I would like to request that he do my 6 months assessments in the future.

Benson's have many good workers who complete their work very well. This chilly day, we watched as Shemai'ah Grooms checked the active and health of our heat and cooling machines. When we asked questions, he gave us clear answers, and we enjoyed the clear and helpful information that he shared as he finished his work. We thank Benson's for sending such a good and pleasant person like Shemai'ah Grooms!

Lee is very sociable and friendly. I got the impression she is still new with Benson's, but she was very conscientious about her service. She may have taken more time than other more experienced techs have, but in my opinion she did a thorough job. I had no issues with her at all.

It is refreshing to see a company such as Benson hiring women. Tiara and her coworker efficient, professional and extremely polite. They cleaned up after themselves. Both Benson employees were a joy. Refreshing to see employees whose smiles are genuine and not forced.

Today I performed a winter time tune up on your HVAC equipment. Overall everything looked to be in fair condition. Starting with the difference I temperature between supply and return air. I observed a supply of 155°F while return air was 67°F. Right where we want it. The filter was clean and did not need to be changed. Outside I checked the operation of the compressor, condenser fan and their respective capacitor. Everything was within manufacturer specifications. I finished up clearing the drain with the wet vac and treating the assembly with Viper drain treatment. Thank you for choosing
Today I Performed a winter time tune up on your Dual Fuel HVAC equipment. Overall everything looks good with your system. Starting with the difference in temperature between supply and return air, I observed a return of 76° while supply was 127°F. Right where we want it. Carbon monoxide was monitored throughout the maintenance, I observed a maximum of 0ppm across the house. I did recommend the customer have some carbon monoxide detectors installed as they did not have any on hand. System startup and operation was observed for 10 minutes with all components working within manufacturer specifications. The Aprilaire 401 (16x25) filter was changed at today’s visit, using a customer provided filter. I finished up treating the drain assembly with chemical to prevent zooglea buildup. Thank you for choosing
