Aidan Downs was very polite and efficient with all his work. He helpfully explained what he was doing, inside and outdoors, and he came with all the equipment and tools he needed. We asked Aidan to pay particular attention to a recent sound from the AC that we had observed (a periodic "wah-up" every 10 seconds or so) but it was not audible while Aidan was here. Aidan explained that all his routine maintenance and tests showed no problems at this time.

Customer called in requesting service the upstairs American Standard unit was not cooling. The air handler was running, but the outdoor condenser was not. I arrived at home and spoke with Mr. Rick about his concern. I verified that the air handler was running. No safeties were tripped, so I continue diagnostics at the condenser System ran for about 30 seconds and cut off. I found the faulty part to be the high side pressure switch. I bypassed the high side switch to get Mr. Rick Cooling temporarily until the new pressure switch is in next week. I have ordered the new pressure switch from Trane. The part has to be transferred to the Tallahassee store and should expect Monday afternoon. Thank you for your business. Tallahassee Florida .
