Benson's have many good workers who complete their work very well. This chilly day, we watched as Shemai'ah Grooms checked the active and health of our heat and cooling machines. When we asked questions, he gave us clear answers, and we enjoyed the clear and helpful information that he shared as he finished his work. We thank Benson's for sending such a good and pleasant person like Shemai'ah Grooms!

Lee is very sociable and friendly. I got the impression she is still new with Benson's, but she was very conscientious about her service. She may have taken more time than other more experienced techs have, but in my opinion she did a thorough job. I had no issues with her at all.

It is refreshing to see a company such as Benson hiring women. Tiara and her coworker efficient, professional and extremely polite. They cleaned up after themselves. Both Benson employees were a joy. Refreshing to see employees whose smiles are genuine and not forced.

Had to have your tech come out a month before my scheduled 6 month cleaning due to the drain line being clogged. I was charged a service fee; For all I know the line was not cleared on the previous visit. I don't agree with the any fee charged as regular cleaning should be enough to prevent this AND you could have just considered this my 6 month cleaning as it was very close to that time anyway.

The two young men introduced themselves and explained very clearly what they would be doing. They answered our questions, and gave a very well focused description of their work and the situation of the Heat Pump and other components. Their visit was excellent.

12/08/2025- I arrived on site to find the unit functioning properly and without issue. The noise the customer was hearing was just the normal noise of the furnace startup process and the noise of the cold exhaust flue expanding due to the hot exhaust gas causing a small clicking sound during the initial startup. The furnace itself is working properly at this time and without issue, however the customer was also curious about having her ductwork cleaned, due to this I have sent her an estimate for any duct cleaning so the customer can sign and approve of the duct cleaning whenever she needs it done. I have verified that this unit is functioning and heating properly at the time of service.
