Today I arrived on site and performed a summer tune-up on your system. Here's a summary of the work completed: Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Closet): Verified the air handler is in good condition. Checked the pleated 1" filter (20x25x1) and confirmed it was recently changed. Confirmed the indoor coil is in good condition. Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires; all are in good working order. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Verified the heat pump is in good condition. Confirmed the outdoor coil is in good condition. Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, defrost control board, and electrical wiring. System Performance: Measured a return air temperature of 76.0°F and a supply air temperature of 56.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line, cleaned out the primary pan, and tested the safety switch. Dusted the thermostat and tested its operation; it's working properly. R
