Today I arrived on site and completed the following maintenance activities: **System Assessment:** * Observed the overall equipment condition as fair. * Identified the indoor unit location as the attic. * Located the outdoor unit on the side of the house and in the backyard. * Noted the condition of both indoor and outdoor coils as fair. * Serviced the units on the east and west sides of the house. **Filtration:** * Observed pleated 1" and 2-6" filters in use. * Checked the filters and replaced them with the customer's spare filters. * Filter size is 20x20. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed the proper function of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **Component Inspection:** * Verified the good condition and proper function of the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and secured electr
