Today I arrived on site and performed the following maintenance: **Indoor Unit** * Confirmed the indoor unit condition is good and the coil is clean. * Noted the filter size is 18x18x1. * Checked the pleated 1" filter; the customer has spare filters and will replace it themselves. **Outdoor Unit** * Verified the outdoor unit condition is good. **Electrical Components** * Tested and confirmed the blower motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring are working within manufacturer specifications. **System Components** * Inspected and confirmed the blower wheel, heat exchanger, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good condition. **Measurements & Adjustments** * Measured a return air temperature of 76.0°F and a supply air temperature of 107.2°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. **Additional Actions** * Dusted the thermostat and re
