Exceptional Service

I have been a Benson's customer for over 20 years and this is my second HVAC system with them. As I have come to expect, Benson's provide excellent service when my unit recently shut down on a Sunday afternoon and Phillip Rutledge, my technician, was here within 45 minutes of my call. He did a wonderful job. A new fan assembly had to be ordered and he tracked it through the ordering process. He and his sidekick even did the fan installation during a rain storm so I would not have to go another night without AC. Job well done!

Diagnostic/ system not cooling. Upon arrival I found the blower motor not running. I checked to see if the motor is receiving the correct 240 high voltage and the correct 24 volts for low voltage. Found the motor is receiving the proper voltage but still not turning on. The blower motor has an internal failure and will need to be replaced. I presented an estimate for labor on replacing the blower motor and it was approved. Picked up the new motor and returned to install it.
