We paid for service contract that included for the filters to be replaced or cleaned. Tech did not bother to clean the filter in the air handle. He did ask if I had other filters that needed replacing. Why not check and see if they needed replacement? Do better!

02/24/2026- I arrived on site and replaced the faulty filter drier with warranty parts. I then preformed a nitrogen pressure test and leak search and verified that the unit is holding pressure without any leaks. I then pulled the unit into a vacuum below 500 microns before charging the unit up with 410a refrigerant. I have verified that the unit is cooling and heating properly at the time of service. I informed the customer that the unit is back in operation and to contact us if he has any questions, concerns, or issues for if we ever have to come back when it’s warmer to adjust the refrigerant charge. This unit is currently working properly and without issue.
Today I performed a winter time tune up on your HVAC equipment. Overall everything looked good. I started off checking the difference in temperature between supply and return air. I observed a return air average of 70° while supply air was averaged at 120°F. Right where we want it. The filters were changed out today. Outside I hosed out the package unit coil as it was relatively dirty. Operations of the furnace were observed. Everything checked out. Carbon monoxide was observed at 3ppm. Thank you for choosing

A little low considering auxiliary heat was on during the observed temperatures. The filter was changed today. Outside I checked the operation of your compressor, condenser fan and their respective capacitor. Everything was within manufacturer specifications. I finished up treating the drain assembly with chemical to prevent a clog. Thank you for choosing
