Completed one time tune up on your Lennox heat pump system. Drain was cleaned and filter was checked. All electrical components were tested to verify proper operating conditions. Found the run capacitor for the compressor to be low reading 63.2/9.3 rated for 70/10. The fan run side is within range but the compressor capacitor is just out of manufacture specifications. Estimate is attached to replace run capacitor. Thank you for your business. This job was captured in XOi Vision. Customer placed a service call. He looked outside and seen his gas package unit condenser fan motor not spinning and thought something was wrong. The fan motor does not spin on a gas package unit when it’s in heat mode I explained to him I cycled the system a couple times and the system is heating properly. He did approve an estimate for a 60 amp nonfused disconnect. I did not have one on the truck, it has been ordered and we will return to install it early next week .
