For years we had been putting off replacing our HVAC system because we were dreading both the cost and the inconvenience. Finally, we felt we had put it off long enough. Happily for us, we chose Benson's to tackle the replacement! Mr. Lee Costa presented our options (including costs) thoroughly; then he took us through the entire install process, with each step explained to us in detail. The Benson's crew was on time and the entire replacement and install took exactly the one day, as had been estimated. We highly recommend Benson's!
Lee Costa has been servicing my air conditioner for 15 years. Obviously I consider him courteous, very competent and handles any questions with knowledgeable responses.
I called Benson's HVAC for a service call at 9:30am... due to good timing, a tech was in the area wrapping up another service call and was dispatched immediately to my building. The Tech arrived by 10:00am! Diagnosis and repair was done before 11:00!!! OUTSTANDING RESPONSE by the Benson's office staff and service tech!
The technician Lee Garison did an excellent job. When the technician completed checking the system, Lee explained in detail everything that was checked in the system and how well everything was with the system. As always great job Benson's Heating and Air.
Robert was friendly, courteous, efficient and he knew what he was doing.
I have been a Benson's customer for over 20 years and this is my second HVAC system with them. As I have come to expect, Benson's provide excellent service when my unit recently shut down on a Sunday afternoon and Phillip Rutledge, my technician, was here within 45 minutes of my call. He did a wonderful job. A new fan assembly had to be ordered and he tracked it through the ordering process. He and his sidekick even did the fan installation during a rain storm so I would not have to go another night without AC. Job well done!
As always, Benson’s technicians are courteous. Kilian arrived on time, performed the required maintenance inspection and informed us of the issues found. We were advised of nature of the issues and recommended remedies.
Perry was timely after receiving the arrival notification. He was friendly and respectful. He and Robert serviced A/C timely.

Diagnostic/ Thermostat stuck on heat. I arrived and found the system turned off from the breaker. I reset the breaker and tried to get the thermostat to start up but none of the buttons would respond at all. I replaced the failed thermostat with a new Honeywell T6 and tested operations. The system is now cooling properly. Thank you for your business.
