Hunter was extremely versed in his profession. He did a great job troubleshooting my a/c and didn’t let up until he determined he found the correct course to complete the job. Hunter is very knowledgeable, friendly and loves dogs. You’ll be very lucky to have Hunter as your repair technician.
Ray was very knowledgeable, I appreciate his service Thank you
The techs came out Friday and did a six month check up. No issues. Today is Saturday and the unit is shutdown. So I called and they said the soonest they can get somebody out here is tomorrow. So I’m not really sure you want me to answer the questions.
Awesome service, didn’t have to wait til Monday. Thanks Ray. Hope you got a good lunch.
Hunter, our technician, was very knowledgeable and competent. He listened to me explain the issues my family was experiencing and troubleshooted our HVAC until he could accurately diagnose our problem. I am very satisfied with my experience and will call Benson’s again.
We have had multiple service techs fron Benson’s. I usually have to call for return trips as things not done. Not this time! Very polite and careful with tasks.
