Dennis has been our service guy a few times and I always look forward to seeing him and chatting with him. He's incredibly knowledgeable and has answers to all my questions, even the answers I don't always want to hear, like the cost for a new hot water heater. Aside from that, I feel 100% confident when Dennis is checking something (furnace, etc.) or having to make a repair. Besides being an excellent technician, he's a super friendly guy with quite a sense of humor.
