Daniel fully explained everything that he was doing, and told me why he was doing it. He also explained what the charges would be for his services up front. He was very friendly, went right to work, and he found and corrected the problem in an hour. I highly recommend him.
I had a huge problem, something was stuck in my sewer line and in just a few minutes the item was removed. He then went on and did a video of my line and was able to give me a copy of what my line looked like. He was great, he had even taken pictures of the item stuck in the main sewer and after is was cleared. I can not say how happy am that I called Black Diamond. I would recommend them to every one. I now have listed the services on my phone, so I can pass on all of them when I hear a need. I feel if the are that great with what I had done, the other services would be also.
Clay was very knowledgeable about the repair and personable. Felt that the cost was equitable and that I was not be overcharged.

I called because of a noisy motor. The problems with the furnace were more extensive and required a new furnace. I am pleased with the new furnace and the installation.
I’d scheduled my annual furnace clean and check for 8 this morning and got a call a few minutes prior from dispatch advising me that the tech who was to come over was out sick and they were reassigning the job to another technician in the area to come over as soon as he completed his current job. He was at my house by 9:30 and did a great job. I appreciated the heads up from the dispatch center too. Glad to be a Black Diamond customer.
I called Black Diamond to provide an annual inspection of my air conditioner. It had not been done in a while and my home recently sold, so I wanted to make sure everything was OK. The guy comes in and I tell him it has been leaking. His conclusion that the pipe in sweating from condensation and he wrapped a small section. It did not solve the problem and after the home inspection I was told the whole section needs to be properly wrapped. Why didn't the guy from Black Diamond do this? Then he went outside to inspect. I see him there for a little while and then he puts his stuff away and is gone. I keep looking out the front door wondering why he isn't coming in or why he is no longer by the air conditioner unit? Eventually, he comes in and give a bill. I ask if he want to put a sticker on the unit to show that an annual inspection had been done by Black Diamond. He forgot and was glad I reminded him since he tends to forget. Really? I feel like I didn't get very good service.
