We needed a new water heater and the first two plumbers sent by our home warranty company proved to be unreliable, lacked the knowledge to do the job and neither sent a quote. Frustrated and feed up with such unprofessional service I decided to call Black Diamond Plumbing. They came out on the arranged date and time and provided a quote on the spot. Because we had a home warranty Black Diamond agreed to work with them which was no easy task. After approval by the home warranty company Black Diamond came out the next day at the exact time and completed the job in the exact time they said it would take. Our Technician Luis was professional, polite and did a fantastic job cleaned up everything and hauled away all debris. I highly recommend Black Diamond. They are the best, forget the rest!

Rick S. was the electrician that came to my rescue after I called Black Diamond after a severe weather and lightning damaged my power line. Rick worked literally ALL night to get the job done and to restore my power ASAP since I have a newborn in the house. Rick also checked to make sure that other wirings in the house did not get damaged after the power surge. Rick's service was very commendable and I cannot thank him enough. Rick also wrote a good documentation of what happened. Will definitely call Black Diamond again for any problems with electricity, plumbing, hvac, etc.

I could not believe how fast Tim was at our house. We called and within 30 minutes there was a knock on the door. He quickly went to work, found the problem, explained what the issue was and fixed it. By time he fixed it and completed the paperwork it was 1 hour and 15 from initial phone call!! A+++++++

Heard about you on 105.5 radio on the Joe and Tina show. Place high credibility on their recommendations. Service was prompt and extremely professional. Discovered a potential problem with our sump pump and were able to quickly resolve. Really like the fact that the company is multi-service as they handled electrical and plumbing needs. The service man was very professional and made a decision on choosing a toilet and installing it and then asking if I lliked it. I did like it and I applaud any person who saves me another trip to Home Depot or wherever Black Diamond buys their toilets. His choice was better, fit better and looked better than the original.
