Technician arrived when promised and was prepared for the job. Fixed valve issue in shower and replaced primary sump pump. Had pump in truck. Optimized sump system. The plumber from Black Diamond let us know that Kohler guarantees its products for life. He was able to find the exact faucet we had with its numbers, etc. Kohler did replace the faucet and the plumber came back to install it. Excellent service and price! We are thrilled!

Yesterday Keith came out and did a great job. I later called since I heard a sound coming from my furnace that I had not before. Today Nick came out and found it was due to the wrong filter I put in. They did not charge me for this second call. I am a Crystal Club member and over the years I know I can rely on Black Diamond for excellent service! All of their people are wonderful - from the people in the office to the technicians. All polite and friendly and careful about listening to all my concerns.

Price was reasonable based upon prior work by Black Diamond and within our price range

Rick did a great job. He fixed all my wiring issues and before he left had me test one of my phones that had not been working because of frayed wiring, and now it works. He was polite and efficient. I have been using Black Diamond for over a year for plumbing, electrical, and now heating. I have piece of mind that I know that everything will be fixed promptly and correctly, which I did not have before with other companies.
