Performed 1st year furnace cleaning. Did not find any issues with the furnace at this time.
Performed first year furnace cleaning; inspected the exhaust and intake PVC ensuring all connections were secured, removed and cleaned the burners along with the flames sensor, cycled the system on and checked gas pressures, performed a combustion test verifying no CO in the airstream. This system is currently operating normal and heating at 51 degrees at this time. Due to the amount of dust found on the blower wheel I am including a quote for an electronic air cleaner to bring these levels down as well as one for a T6 thermostat with WiFi to have better control of your HVAC needs. Ringo would like a quote to add return registers to currently unfinished basement. We will have to follow up to schedule Appointment with Rick when most convenient. Job complete
