Completed Gas Furnace replacement. Disconnected and removed old furnace and then set new one on blocks in its place. Reconnected the gas, electric, PVC vent pipes, and duct-work to new furnace. Run tested the furnace, but will still need a technician start up. The Office will follow up to schedule a technician to return to do the Furnace efficiency startup, which is required for warranty purposes. Thank you for choosing Black-Haak Heating. Please take a moment to fill out our online survey.

Performed the level 2 furnace cleaning. Burners and flame sensor are clean. Heat exchanger looks good. Gas and exhaust levels are normal. No CO detected in the air. Drain is clear. Heat rise was 42 degrees. Unit is heating properly at this time. There is a moisture stain on top of the unit. I didn’t find any signs of water damage or rust in the furnace or any leaks in the surrounding area. Pictures were uploaded. Looks like water came from the fresh air pvc so I tightened the pipe a little more.
