These folks totally go out of their way to make sure you get the best products and customer service possible.Within 2 hours of our old furnace failure, Rick was at our home measuring and checking to make sure we replaced the dead furnace with the best possible match. Mark and Jason arrived on time in the morning to remove the old furnace and had our new furnace up and running in about 5 hours or so. Totally courteous and very professional. The fact that the recommended Daikin furnace has a 12 year Parts and 12 year labor warranty really sets a homeowners mind at ease. This old house is more comfortable than at any time in the 22 years we have lived here, with no cold areas like before. Can not say enough about these folks. From the initial call, to the installation, it was more professional than any contractor I have ever worked with!
No cool upon arrival found the 35 5mf capacitor had failed. Made repair and cycled the system on everything operating normal. Office to follow up to schedule cleaning. Job complete
System is cooling at this time. Homeowner stated that linset was frozen up this past weekend. Checked both suction and high pressure lines. Liquid line is very hot. Hooked up gauges and found that head pressures were over 300 psig, and suction temp was 48. This is signaling a metering device issue. Compressor is worn as well. Average life of this unit is 14 years, this system is 23 years old and worn. Second opinion scheduled. System is cooling now, but future failure is expected. Job complete. No charges pending second opinion results.
Performed preferred customer furnace start up. Checked over the furnace installation. Cycled the furnace. Set the gas pressure and the fan speed. The furnace is running normally at this time. Put some thumb gumb around the lineset outside. The customer was concerned about the water being too hot. Lowered the temperature on the water heater. aThe customer is interested in having some electrical work done. Office to call to schedule a possible appointment.

Ac check. Checked indoor coil with refrigerant sniffer, found indications of leaks on that coil. Coil had frost on loops and throughout the coil. Cycled system. Checked compressor, tested low. Fan motor also tested low. Hooked up gauges and checked pressures and temps. Indoor coil temp is 40. Subcooling is high.35. Superheat was low. 2. Indoor cooling was at 18 degrees. Average life expectancy for this unit is 14 years. This unit is 30+ years old and worn. Future failure is expected. Due to age, condition, and cost to repair, second opinion is recommended. Job complete.
Pkg clean and tune. Cycled furnace. Checked heat exchanger, ok. Removed and cleaned burners and flame sensor, both ok. Checked and adjusted gas pressures to maximize efficiency. Checked electrical connections, all ok. Tested levels of CO and XS air in exhaust. Normal levels found. No CO found in airstream. Cleared drain line. System operating normal at this time. AC. Customer stated that he heard grinding noise coming from ac when he started it up. Cycled system several times, no abnormal noises or vibration from unit found. Checked and cleaned electrical compartment. Capacitor and contactor are ok. Used coil cleaner on condenser coil. Hooked up gauges and checked pressures and temps. Normal levels found. Subcooling was 13. Indoor split was 18. Both systems operating normal at this time. Job complete.
Pkg clean and tune . Furnace. Cycled system. Checked heat exchanger. Found all three chambers are rusted and corroded. Ignition system is worn. Unable to remove burners to clean due to extremely heavy rusting around screws. Found that ventor motor bearings are worn. Found burner compartment and burner box cover extremely rusted and damaged. This system is 30+ years old and in poor condition. Future failure is expected. Ac. Checked indoor coil with refrigerant sniffer. No major indications of leak found. Checked filter. Checked and cleaned electrical compartment. Found contactor and capacitor worn. Tested compressor and fan motor. Both tested low, but just in normal range. Used coil cleaner on condenser coil. Hooked up gauges and checked pressures and temps. Found subcooling was 29, super heat was 8. Temp split was 14. Sys
Came out to investigate a no cool. We found the disconnect fuse pulled. After plugging it back in, nothing happened. Pulled the door off and found the capacitor was missing from the unit and wires were disconnected from the contactor. After installing a new capacitor and rewriting the contactor, we started the unit, only to have the compressor not kick in. Only the fan would run. We tested voltage and had 260v going to the compressor. We also ohmed the wires and discovered the bearings were worn out. Compressor motor is bad and caused the no cool. Average life of system is 12-14 years. Unit is currently 27 years old. Due to age, condition, and cost to repair, second opinion is recommended.
Preformed generator maintenance. Send bill, or call for CC information, nobody home). .
Preform repairs and boiler clean and tune. Drained boiler and system piping. Replaced leaking ball valve, coupling and elbow. Filled and purged system. Inspected for leaks, none were found. Removed and cleaned burners and pilot assembly. Inspected electrical. Ran and tested unit, preformed a combustion analysis. All systems operating safely at this time. Thanks, Brennan
No cool. Found system calling for cool. Condenser fan and compressor running. 0 cooling. Hooked up gauges and checked pressures and temps. System empty. Checked braze joints, no oil found. Added 350psi of nitrogen, held for over 25 mins with no drop in pressures. Pulled into vacuum. Pulled down to 873 microns. Held. Added 7lbs 11 oz of r410a refrigerant and dye stick. System cooling at 20 on split. Subcooling was 13. System operating normal at this point. Office to schedule return UV leak search to find leak. System operating normal at this time. Job complete. Due to age of system, office to price. Job complete.
