I replaced the water flow sensor. I plugged it in to the pump controller. I added some water to the flow center. Cycled the unit. The geo is heating properly, the pump controller is working properly and is showing the correct water flow through the sensor. Everything is working at this time. This is covered under the parts and labor warranty.
Geo was locked out on a flow switch fault. I reset power and cycled the unit. Checked temperature drop, had 24. Flow rates were good. I replaced the flow switch and cycled the unit. It’s cooling properly at this time.
