Water heater went out on a Friday night. Contacted my supposed 24 hr. a day responsive home warranty provider. No answer! Submitted a claim by email. Got a response Saturday morning they could not find a contractor to help us. Offered reimbursement option. Made one call to “BLAU”! Had someone out in less then an hour! Fix and repaired 1/2 hr. later. Dave, my technician was personable, professional and extremely acknowledgeable. Diagnosed problem and worked quickly to resolve which in my case meant replacing a “Thermocouple”. My warranty company will reimburse but, the price was extremely reasonable. Appreciate the immediate response and wonderful work. Could not imagine having to go entire weekend w/no hot water. BLAU was life saving!!!!!

This was the first time I'd used Blau's service. The service man, Kyle, was personable and friendly. He performed his job with skill, explained what he was doing and showed me why it was necessary. And he returned to the house to deliver drain cleaner because he hadn't had it available on his truck. It was a top notch experience and I would recommend Blau! Thank you.
