Water heater went out on a Friday night. Contacted my supposed 24 hr. a day responsive home warranty provider. No answer! Submitted a claim by email. Got a response Saturday morning they could not find a contractor to help us. Offered reimbursement option. Made one call to “BLAU”! Had someone out in less then an hour! Fix and repaired 1/2 hr. later. Dave, my technician was personable, professional and extremely acknowledgeable. Diagnosed problem and worked quickly to resolve which in my case meant replacing a “Thermocouple”. My warranty company will reimburse but, the price was extremely reasonable. Appreciate the immediate response and wonderful work. Could not imagine having to go entire weekend w/no hot water. BLAU was life saving!!!!!
