He was pleasant and easy to talk with. He arrived on time and got everything resolved in one visit. Dave gave his assessment of the overall condition of our 21 year old furnace - probably good for another winter - and at my request provided a quick overview of our replacement options. He offered some money saving tips regarding use of our furnace. He cleaned up thoroughly. He arrived at our house during the 4 hour window we were given when we scheduled the service appointment. His manner was friendly and professional throughout. I was very pleased and would be happy to have him help us with our HVAC needs again in the future.
