Dave gave his assessment of the overall condition of our 21 year old furnace - probably good for another winter - and at my request provided a quick overview of our replacement options. He offered some money saving tips regarding use of our furnace. He cleaned up thoroughly. He arrived at our house during the 4 hour window we were given when we scheduled the service appointment. His manner was friendly and professional throughout. I was very pleased and would be happy to have him help us with our HVAC needs again in the future.
