I was happy to get a reminder call 45 minutes ahead and the service person arrived 15 minutes early. He was courteous and extra helpful re some advice on furnace life and some recommendations about furnace choices.

They show up on time every time. Explain what they will be doing and do this in a through efficient manner. Everything is cleaned up and put back into service. Never have any worries with Blue Frost. Matt was our service tech this time and was great.

Service call discovered breaker was off to furnace, cleaned furnace all amps good igniter good cleaned flame sensor blower motor good cycled unit all good at this time. Recommended replacing humidifier pad. Customer selling house they have a 40 amp breaker for AC and it calls for 25 explained to customer that during a direct short the breaker will still trip.
S/C no heat. Customer had a power outage yesterday (3-30-2017), furnace hasn't worked since then. Found the circuit board failed, large burn mark on the back of the circuit board. Customer is keeping the old circuit board for insurance claim. Installed a new 2 stage circuit board. Cycled the furnace with normal operation into 2nd stage. Everything is working at this time.
S/C no heat. Found the furnace dirty, running. Performed a clean and check. Cleaned the flame sensor and burners. Checked the draft inducer, flue pipe, gas valve, ignitor, circuit board, limit switches, pressure switches and the blower motor. CO 0PPM. Everything is working at this time.
Discovered gas valve has failed,customer has a two stage gas valve need to order part customer will pay two hundred then make payments,per office customer will call us back in a hour,customer paid 88.00 service fee
