The service person who removed the old water heater moved it out by wiggling and rolling it across the laminate floor. Did not protect the floor. Did not use a dolly. The sections of floor are now ruined. I texted the company three days ago thinking they would at least respond. I didn't ask for anything I just wanted to tell them what happened. They have not responded so I'm assuming they really don't care. Be warned.

Today was my service call & check-up on my furnace functioning which was handled by Willie Werner. I found Mr. Werner to be professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient in the service call. He explained what he was doing and was helpful in clearly answering any questions I raised.

Cleaned and check ac system cleaned cond coils capacitor is in the process of failing also compressor is in the process of failing explained to customer both units are in very poor condition customer requested est left est on new furance and ac system
Installed 2 Ton Trane XR13 air conditioner. Cased ADP coil. Installed new electric to the air conditioner. Pad, Disconnect, Whip, Lineset all new. Started up ac and checked operation using the subcool method. Installed Honeywell T6 thermostat.
No room to replace filter, I turned the media box around so the opening is at the back of the furnace with plenty of room to replace filter, replaced filter all good at this time

Discovered secondary completely rotted out,I showed customer cracks in secondary heat exchanger explained unit is unsafe to operate,customer decided to replace heat exchanger I strongly recommended to replace furance explained to customer new heat exchanger will crack again just a matter of time tech return for this Thursday between 11- 1 to replace heat exchanger need to collect 1800.00 when completed. Replaced primary and secondary heat exchanger,cycled unit discovered unit going off on code 41 when kick into second stage which is blower motor has ramped up 250 rpm check all wiring connections checked module, customer might have interment problem with circuit board some times it completes the cycle other times it does not cycled furnace multiple times could not get cold to appear again co reading was 0 ppm,

Discovered pump making a very loud noise replaced pump cycled boiler also discovered gas valve making noise recommended to replace gas valve before it becomes a issue I will email customer price if gas valve
Service call discovered humidifier making loud buzzing noise due to interface module sending to much power tech return for Wednesday 4/12/17 at 12 to replace under warranty
Service call discovered breaker was off to furnace, cleaned furnace all amps good igniter good cleaned flame sensor blower motor good cycled unit all good at this time. Recommended replacing humidifier pad. Customer selling house they have a 40 amp breaker for AC and it calls for 25 explained to customer that during a direct short the breaker will still trip.
Humidifier Tune Up Service call discovered humidifier solenoid has failed recommended repairing or replacing humidifier quoted Aprilaire 500 for $525.00 customer needs to speak with her son if customer goes with humidifier use $88.00 for deposit please mail customer a copy of invoice
