Blue Frost took over Comfort Select customers when the owner retired. I was hesitant at first but service has been as excellent as Comfort Select. We have signed up for the yearly service and have no regrets. Matt is very polite and personable. Willing to listen to customers concerns and diagnose them if needed. For the 11+yrs living in our home, we haven't had an issues with our furnace or ac like our neighbor has had. Thank for the continued excellent service Matt.

Service call discovered furnace runs good cleaned out pressure switch tubing once I did that I did get some debri come out of it, fixed filter rack cycled unit all good at this time paid by check
Furnace clean and check. Cleaned the flame sensor and burners. Checked the draft inducer motor, 4" flue pipe, pressure switches, ignitor, gas valve, circuit board, limit switches, blower motor and wheel. Installed a new Aprilaire #700 power humidifier with a new automatic humidifier control #60. Wired the outdoor sensor, humidifier, and furnace to the control. Cycled the furnace and humidifier with normal operation. Everything is working at this time.
Discovered circuit board has failed check service switch,check power check heat exchanger line is forming on eye lid,replaced circuit board kit 15943 cycled furnace let run for 30 mins ,
ESA furnace clean and check. Cleaned the flame sensor, spark rods and burners. Checked the draft inducer, flue pipe, circuit board, gas valve, limit switches, pressure switches and the blower motor. Installed a new customer supplied filter. Installed a new thermocouple on the hot water tank. CO 0PPM Everything is working at this time.
Service call discovered circuit board has failed, replaced with kit 15943 under warranty paid just labor cycled unit all good at this time
