Blue Ox's representative, Ken, arrived at the agreed to time and was very thorough in assessing the heating and cooling needs of our house. He answered all of our questions to our satisfaction and was not only friendly but also appropriately business-like. He was an excellent representative for Blue Ox and again met all of our pre expectations.
