We recently had Blue Ox out for our annual checkup as part of a premier service agreement with Ben Franklin. During that inspection, the technician; Aaron, found a problem that we believe has been plaguing us for years based on past challenges with the furnace over those years, but was missed or ignored by Minnegasco Home Service Plus. I am grateful to Aaron for the extra care and attention, insight and explanations that will assuredly keep our furnace from going out on another cold night.
