We've been using Blue Ox for many years at my mom's 2nd/investment property twin home where my husband and I and our children live. Over the years, Mom and I have been very pleased with our service with this company. Yesterday, Tuesday, May 16, 2017, mom and I met and had the pleasure of working with our technician named Aaron Lowell. Aaron was by far the best technician we have had yet. He called 45 minutes in advance of our appointment which I really appreciated. He also texted me upon his arrival. Unfortunately, I was running a few minutes late while waiting for my children's bus. However, he patiently waited for me to return home which was wonderful and a rarity. He was very friendly, courteous, professional and thorough from start to finish. His pride in his work, job and helping people was very evident which sadly is so rare nowadays. Aaron had excellent customer service skills! He took the time to patiently and thoroughly explain everything he was doing and why to my mother and I in easy to understand terms. He also gave us his personal contact information to use in the future. We couldn't of asked for a better technician to service our home. We highly recommend him and definitely will be calling him in the future. Great job, Aaron! Thank you so much for your expertise and time.
