Customer approved proposal to install Daikin mini split. Scheduled installation date. After ordering equipment and getting approved for permit by county, installed new fan coil, wall mount bracket, heat pump mini split condenser and mini split condensate pump. Electrician ran new electrical circuit. Pressure tested. Pressures held. Evacuated system. Open isolation valves. Started system and checked operation. Operating to manufactures specifications. Equipment registered for warranty.
Customer requested maintenance. Upon arrival performed preventative maintenance. Checked operation of system. System operating to manufacturer’s specifications. All temperatures and amperages within range. Blew out drain line and treated with algaecide tablets. Recommend that condenser motor be monitored as bearing appear to be noisy.
