AC went out on Friday evening. Out of 7 companies called that said they offered 24/7 emergency service Chris of Blue Sky is the only one that returned my call. He tried to help me out remotely but parts were necessary. Came over Monday morning to diagnosed the problem and ordered the part and returned to install as soon as they came in. Very polite, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them!

Contacted BlueSky on Thursday afternoon and Chris came to our house on Christmas Eve morning. Customer reported fan motor does not shut off. Scheduled next day appointment. Upon arrival found condenser fan motor continuously running without call to operate. After troubleshooting found that motor was incorrectly wired. Corrected wiring. Motor now cycles with compressor as it should. Once system was running checked refrigerant levels which were found to be low. Found Schrader valve on discharge line had large amount of oil and valve cap had no o-ring. Tightened valve system slightly as it had been over tightened in the past and could not be removed and replaced. Installed two new valve stem caps with new o-rings.
Customer approved proposal to install Daikin mini split. Scheduled installation date. After ordering equipment and getting approved for permit by county, installed new fan coil, wall mount bracket, heat pump mini split condenser and mini split condensate pump. Electrician ran new electrical circuit. Pressure tested. Pressures held. Evacuated system. Open isolation valves. Started system and checked operation. Operating to manufactures specifications. Equipment registered for warranty.
Customer requested replacement of air conditioning system. Ordered the equipment, applied for permits, and on the installation date, Removed the old system, tied in the new Ai Handler to the existing ductwork, installed the condenser, thermostat, surge protector, and copper line set, purged the copper lines while brazing the joints, and pressure tested the system. Working to Manufacture specifications.
Installed a new air conditioning system for a customer. Removed the old system, replaced the air handler deck and added support, installed the air handler, float switch, heater, and thermostat, tied the air handler to the existing ductwork, installed hurricane pad, installed a new heat pump condenser, and installed a surge protector with high/low voltage protection. Purged the lines with nitrogen, pressure tested them, opened the isolation valves, started the system, and checked its operation, working according to manufactures specs. Replaced the breaker for the condenser unit. I delivered the paperwork.

Installed a Daikin FIT air conditioning unit. On the installation day, removed the old equipment and air handler deck support. Fabricated an insulated return air plenum and installed it in the return air box. Installed the air handler, media filter, heater, float switch, hurricane pad, heat pump condenser, copper line set, surge protector/hi-lo line protector, and thermostat. Ran a new control wire from the condenser to the air handler. Purged the line set with nitrogen while brazing. Tested the joints and evacuated the system. Opened the isolation valves and programmed the thermostat. Once the thermostat was programmed, Started the system and checked its operation. The system was operating properly.
Customer reported no cool. Scheduled SAME day appointment. Upon arrival found system in alarm mode. Compressor. Found defective dual capacitor. Removed defective part. Installed new capacitor. Started system and checked all amperages. Each within manufacturer’s specifications. system running again
Bluesky Cooling Installed high-efficiency AC units in my home. I have a 16 SEER 4 Ton and a 16 SEER 2.5 Ton Heat Pump. These units are designed to provide efficient cooling and heating, helping me reduce my energy bills and improve the comfort of my home.
I recently completed a job replacing an evaporator coil in a customer's home's heating and cooling system. The evaporator coil was defective, so I ordered a new one and installed it. I also recovered any refrigerant that was in the system, removed the old coil, and installed the new one. I nitrogen purged the line during the soldering process and pressure-tested the new joints. I evacuated the system and recharged it with new R410A refrigerant. I cleared any alarms on the thermostat and restarted the system. The system is now operating properly.
Customer requested maintenance. Scheduled appointment. Upon arrival performed maintenance. Cleaned out drain line, washed down condenser, checked electrical connections, amperages and temperatures. All within manufacturer’s specifications.
