I returned home from being out of town for several weeks to find out that my AC was not cooling my house. I called BS at 10:00 PM on a Sunday night and by 6:30 AM the next morning I had an appointment scheduled for early that morning. When the tech arrived at my house, he explained what the problem was, how to fix it, gave me the price and let me make the call.
