You are blessed to have exceptional employees like Kim, Tony, Louis and Keith that are able to overcome monumental gaffes by management that would authorize installing covert defective A/C units. I still can't get over who would authorize such a fraudulent act.....that person should be out in trenches with the front line people and taking the heat for their egregious dishonesty....
