Minor issue with scheduling. I had been heating for quite some time before reminder card arrived in the mail. When i did schedule, either I wrote down the wrong date (Nov 20th) or your office did (Nov 28th). No sense in debating he said/she said. A November Inspection date is a bit late for a pre-season check up. Would like to see notices arrive sooner and have inspection done sooner. As far as actual service performed, Joel always does a great job. He knows the equipment (Trane) very well. I have total confidence in him. He is always very cordial and personable. Unlike some service technicians, he never leaves a mess behind. I don't feel the need to check up on his work after the call. He does the job right!
I am always totally comfortable that Joel performs the required inspections in a professional manner. He has the technical expertise to do the job correctly the first time. He is cordial with the customer. He creates a positive image for the Company. He is my preferred service technician for my HVAC needs.

Your technician was fantastic and very thorough and efficient. He did a great job and also explained what he was doing and offered useful maintenance tips. I also requested that he show me what he cleaned from out ducts (it had been 19 years so I was very curious) and he was open to doing so. I would definitely recommend BoMar and Tom to others.
