David is wonderful explains every thing to me When he suggests opinions I listen and go with what he suggests. Knowledgeable Last time he suggested a component that would help with the dust I was finding in my ceiling. While a little expensive I went with it anyway and it worked ! No longer dust on the ceilings ! Very nice young man and he knows what he’s talking about But no pressure from him to install something After he explains sometimes more than once to me lol I usually go with his recommendation

Bowers installed our system in 2013 and has a great preventive maintenance 'Comfort Club' where they come out twice a year to inspect the system. David (the technician) has serviced our home for the last year and is very friendly/knowledge/experienced and am very impressed with him. We take care of our mother who has COPD/oxygen issues and after they installed the Freh Air UV light/filter system our indoor air quality has greatlay increased! Would highly recommend Bowers Heat & Air, INC. They are very friendly/honest/reasonable priced!

Service call for weak airflow. Found the indoor blower motor capacitor failed and the motor over-amping. Replaced the run capacitor and cleaned the blower wheel, which was impacted with dust. Airflow has significantly improved.
Performed whole-home duct sanitation using a Rotobrush system. Removed heavy dust buildup from the return and supply drops. Fogged the duct system with an antimicrobial solution to eliminate odors and bacteria. Cleaned all register grilles and resealed the supply plenum.
Diagnosed a loud buzzing noise coming from the outdoor unit. Found the compressor contactor pitted and welding shut. Replaced the single-pole contactor with a heavy-duty replacement. Checked the compressor windings for resistance and found them healthy.
Upgraded the customer’s old mercury thermostat to a Honeywell T6 Pro WiFi smart thermostat. Walked the homeowner through the app setup for remote temperature control. Performed a static pressure test on the ductwork and inspected the plenum for mold growth.
Finalized the installation of a new 3-ton Lennox Merit Series air conditioner. Removed the old R-22 system and flushed the copper lineset.
