David is wonderful explains every thing to me When he suggests opinions I listen and go with what he suggests. Knowledgeable Last time he suggested a component that would help with the dust I was finding in my ceiling. While a little expensive I went with it anyway and it worked ! No longer dust on the ceilings ! Very nice young man and he knows what he’s talking about But no pressure from him to install something After he explains sometimes more than once to me lol I usually go with his recommendation

Troubleshooting and repairing a malfunctioning furnace in a suburban home. Diagnosing the issue and replacing faulty components to restore proper heating functionality.
Did a fogging duct sanitation for a homeowner, improving indoor air quality by removing dust and allergens from the ductwork. Applied antimicrobial treatment to prevent future microbial growth.
HVAC repair: Homeowners complained about a noisy HVAC unit. Upon inspection, I found a worn-out blower motor. I replaced the motor and performed maintenance to reduce overall system noise, providing a quieter and more comfortable living environment.
Went out to provide maintenance on a residential customer's furnace. While inspected the unit, I found that thermostat was not working; a loose wire was causing the issue. The wire was reconnected to resolve the problem. The system is now operating as it should to warm the home. The customer was thankful for the maintenance and repair.
Went out to a customer's home to perform routine annual maintenance on their furnace. The system was carefully checked to ensure that the unit and its components were working properly. I cleaned around the pilot light to remove anything that could cause an issue and replaced the filters. The furnace is working well for the home.
Went out to a residential home to repair the home’s central air conditioning system. Upon my arrival, I inspected the system and found that the damper motor on the unit was in need of replacement. I was able to replace the damper motor on the unit and bring it back to working order. The customer was pleased with the service.
Went out to a scheduled air conditioning replacement for a customer. Upon arrival, removed the old system before carefully installing the new one. Tested the system to ensure it was running properly for the home. The new unit will be energy efficient and more reliable for the customer in the Florida heat.
Went out on a repair call for a customer who said their air conditioning unit was making unusual noises. After inspecting the system found that the compressor on the unit had become loose. Tightened the bolts on the compressor to get it back in place and stop the noises. The system is now working quietly to provide cool air in the home.
Went out to a commercial client to repair their HVAC unit. Upon arrival, noticed the pressure switch on the system was malfunctioning. Was able to replace the pressure switch on the unit. The system is now operating correctly. The customer was pleased with the service.
Responded to a call from a customer who needed their air conditioner repaired. Inspected the system and found a bad contactor. Cleaned debris from unit and replaced the contactor. The system is now operating as it should for the homeowner.
Went out to install a new Trane Air Conditioning system for a residential customer. Removed and disposed of the old system for the customer. Installed the new one and made sure that it was operating correctly. The installation should help lower the cost of the energy bills in the home. The customer was pleased with the service.
Repaired a customer's air conditioning unit. When inspecting it, found that the evaporator coil was leaking freon. Replaced the evaporator coil and recharged the freon. The system is now working as it should.
Residential customer was in need of repairs on their HVAC. They said the thermostat in the home was not working correctly. The thermostat was recalibrated and the system is now operational.
Called out to repair an air conditioning unit that did not have cool air coming from the system. After inspecting the HVAC I found that the blower motor was out and the filter was clogged. I replaced the blower motor and the filter. After the repair the central air started running again.
Performed maintenance for a commercial client with two air conditioning systems. After inspected the systems, found that one needed a new capacitor. We were able to replace it. Cleaned both units and ran them to ensure they were operating correctly.
