David is wonderful explains every thing to me When he suggests opinions I listen and go with what he suggests. Knowledgeable Last time he suggested a component that would help with the dust I was finding in my ceiling. While a little expensive I went with it anyway and it worked ! No longer dust on the ceilings ! Very nice young man and he knows what he’s talking about But no pressure from him to install something After he explains sometimes more than once to me lol I usually go with his recommendation

Performed routine maintenance on a Rheem RP15 heat pump in Dunnellon, FL. Inspected the condenser coils, tested the reversing valve, and checked the refrigerant levels. Replaced the air filter and cleaned the unit’s outdoor coils to maintain efficiency. The system is now prepared for efficient heating and cooling throughout the season.
I performed duct sanitation by using a negative air machine and a rotary brush system to clean out the debris inside the ductwork. I then applied an antimicrobial treatment to reduce mold and bacteria buildup. The entire duct system is now clean, promoting better airflow and air quality throughout the home.
Replaced an old Trane XR14 with a new Lennox EL16XC1 air conditioner in a client’s home. Removed the existing unit and installed the new system, including a matching Lennox Merit air handler.
