Recently serviced a Trane XR16 HVAC unit with a minor thermostat malfunction. I recalibrated the thermostat settings and checked the wiring connections for any faults. Additionally, I inspected the system's airflow and refrigerant levels to ensure overall efficiency. The unit is now operating smoothly with accurate temperature control.
I installed a Honeywell UV Air Purifier in a residential HVAC system to improve indoor air quality. The installation involved mounting the unit within the ductwork near the air handler for maximum efficacy. I connected it directly to the system's power supply, ensuring safe and reliable operation. The unit was tested post-installation to confirm it was functioning correctly and efficiently purifying the air.

Just completed a heat pump repair in Ocala, FL. The issue stemmed from a faulty capacitor in the outdoor unit, causing the compressor to malfunction. I replaced the capacitor with a new one compatible with the system's specifications. After thorough testing, the heat pump is now operational, providing efficient heating and cooling to the customer's home in Ocala, FL.

Heating leak repair: A resident found water pooling around their radiator. I identified a leak in the boiler system and replaced the damaged section, restoring proper heating without any water leakage.
