Upon arrival, I completed the proposed job to clean drain pan from mildew and sanitize/clean, evaporator Coil, I couldn’t complete the maintenance on condenser due to having thunderstorm outdoor, but I will be coming back to complete that. Ran a System before departure and everything was working properly. Note. While doing a coil treatment, I noticed a water dripping from the ceiling because it was raining outside, so I went up in the attic and found that the ceiling is leaking water right above furnace, I notified customer and they will be contacting roofers. 4/15 came back to complete the maintenance and outdoor unit, checked all the mechanical components and made sure they’re all operating properly, next maintenance/tuneup on AC will be complete in the fall.
