Cold and rainy and had a problem with auxiliary heat, as in it was not working and heat pump cut off when temperature plummeted. Dave resolved it (fan problem due) and saved us a good deal of money compared to a prior assessment. House is comfortable again!

I assume that a good check was made. I did not watch as the checks were made so I do not know what was done or not done. The technician was friendly and prompt and went right to work. I really do not know about the quality of the service on the two HVAC units.

I called Monday morning and service was scheduled for Tuesday. I thought I'd be looking at late this week or next week. Brandon called, telling me when he'd arrive. And once here, he told me all he'd do. Very courteous young man. The total cost for all the work cost what another said they'd charge for only replacing the main water shut off valve! While a part had to be ordered, Brandon said he'd call when it comes in to schedule the work. I really appreciated the timeliness of the service and communication. I also like the set pricing based on the service required.
