Bradbury worked the appointment for fall check around our doctor appointments, which helped us a lot. The tech was personable and efficient. He also explained what he did and told us about our unit.

Lift station was not working and saying it had a bad seal. Reset switches and started to get it to drain a little. Pumps need to be checked or replaced . Owner is calling landlord to see if they have someone that works on there or if he needs to contract his own person. If we come back we will need to have two people to get pumps out and to check the model and serial number to order new ones,
Came back out. The second system in the main area is filling with water again and not cooling. Drained water out of pan. And looked into why this keeps happening. Field manager took a look at the coil and poured a gallon of water into the primary pan to see where it drains and he feels it’s spilling over from one side of the pan. I looked at the pan after he mentioned it, and the primary pan appears bowed in the middle with would cause the water on one half to go out the drain while water on the other half goes towards and spills over the edge on the pan into the cabinet then drips down into the emergency pan. Called and talked to Trevor, explained what we found. He the coil replaced by another company in the the last year and is going to call this back to see if this issue may be covered under a warranty. I let him know that we’ll email him an estimate in case he’d like us to resolve the issue.
System not cooling. The pan was full of water and tripping the safety switch. I used a shop vac to clean all the water out of the pan. And cleared drain line again, then tested with a gallon of water and caught the gallon in a bucket down by the sink. Then checked the sink and it too was draining properly. And lastly checked the system to make sure it’s level. System is back up and cooling.
Customer had us out today due to pan keep filling up for the Second unit from the front door. Blew out condensation line. Really didn’t get anything that would be clogging it up. Did find the other P-trap at the unit dry. Talk to Casey about unit told me to prime the P-trap. Everything seems to be working properly at this time. Owner does have another location in Cypress also fixing to open up a location in Katy. This unit has four air conditioners gave an estimate for power units and the plumbing supper club. He is out of town and want to think about it will probably call us and get The comfort club.
