Charged over $300 to open ceiling to find leak. Spent 45 minutes in house. Todd said he would not do any work to address leak because he is a manager and does not do the work. 🤬

We responded to a leak in the ceiling call. We did open up the ceiling so we could inspect the source of the leak. My plumber Todd saw the leak was not from any plumbing issue but from the grout. He recommended the customer contact a tile/grout specialist to resolve this issue, as this was not a plumbing related problem. We quoted the customer a fee of $309.08 to open up the ceiling for inspection. The customer agreed to the price prior to the work being done. That was all he was charged. I contacted the customer afterward and as a courtesy offered to to refund $150 back to him, since he was unhappy with the price, even though he had agreed to the price beforehand. Customer stated he was now satisfied.

Replace existing garbage disposal with 1hp disposal

Snake and then pressure wash the interior of the pipe to remove interior build up. Improve drainage and increase the time between necessary services.
Install new badger 5 garbage disposal Remove existing toilet and install new pro flo comfort height longated toilet with new comfort seat
Install new dual 1/4 turn shut off for hot water Add new dishwasher supply line from hot water dual stop. Install new 1/4 turn shut off for cold water Remove saddle valve Install water line to ice maker in 1/2 inch copper with shut off and steel braided line . Tighten connection to gas dryer to move back approximately 6 inches.

Cut access holes in ceiling (Sheetrock) found water from shower tile grout lines being compromised. Drain is ruled out from sight of the access panels. Could not find the waterlines from beneath. Sheetrock patching, paint and texture is the responsibility of the customer
Charge on downstairs master need to be adjusted . . Clean filter .
