An issue came up over a tankless water heater they'd installed years ago; it has been working fine, but a building inspector looking at another project at my house cited me for not having a permitted installation. The Bragg people were great: everyone was friendly, and they spoke of "making it right" before I even raised the issue. They got right on it, pulled a permit, and sent Tracy to my house within a couple of hours. All at no cost to me. SIX stars!
