Brad is always personable, friendly & takes his time answering my questions. He takes pride in his work. We have oak trees & he cleaned all the leaves out of our 2 units. He knows we are selling our home so he raked up all the leaves around the units to make it more presentable to interested buyers. When Brad finished servicing our units, they looked brand new. He knows my husband is disabled & I have no help - so when he saw me trying to get this heavy garbage bag out of our personal garage can to put in the city's can, he came & did it for me. He was also neatly dressed. I have said many times before that I only want Brad coming to my home & servicing our air conditioners. He is a credit to BV!!!!
