BVS was able to send someone the same day. Their customer service was awesome. They even called to let us know that the plumber was running behind a little because of his previous job, but assured us that he was still coming. Shane was the plumber. He was very patient and explained everything about our plumbing issues and handled the job quite professionally. I will trust him with all of our future plumbing issues.

We have been without air for two weeks waiting on a contractor to be dispatched form the warranty company. I made a call late on Wed night to Brazos Valley and their response was about 15 min later. The next morning I got a call and they set appt for a technician to come out at our convience. Matt came out and diagnosed the problem, explained in detail the problem and we now have air. In the past, recomends add on's such as capacitor assist for compressor was over priced, compressor surge protector over priced, and now a quote for a surge protector for the inside unit for the 120 vac "quote seem to high".
