Andy was adamant about size of units we needed, which were both LESS BTU's than I had asked for. He was only company we met with who were so professional and had an answer for every issue I bought up. His install team were excellent, courteous and obviously knew their trade. Everything working perfectly- plus Jackie at office right on top of all the paperwork and details.
