As in the past... Brisk Air handled my A/C service call very professionally, their communication and follow-up regarding Sandil Reid, the service tech’s arrival time, was greatly appreciated. Sandil Reid was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained the issue and what was needed to fix the A/C unit to get it working again. I do think that the cost for the multiple trip charges to get the replacemetn part was excessive, as I was not told nor was it explained how that works. So, I did not know that there was a trip charge to get the part and return to my home to install the part and then another trip charge to return the defective part to where the tech had to go to get the new part.

It is not often that we are impressed with a service provider in South Florida, however, our experience with Brisk Air was exceptional. The first and most notable was the timeliness of the response. We were given a time (whether arrival by a technician or return phone call) and within 10 minutes, the time expectation was met. We take very good care of our home; the technician put on booties before entering, and while doing the work a clean drop cloth was placed between the outside truck, through the garage and up to the point of service and installation in the house. This minimized tracking dirt and debris throughout our home. The technicians were knowledgeable and well-trained on the equipment. Often times technicians have no certification on their products. Lastly, and most important was the professionalism and attitude of the personnel. Everyone we encountered, from the receptionist to the technicians, was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Most remarkably, they didn't claim to know something they didn't. If they didn't have all the information we needed, they got back to us with answers rather than make something up. If you are looking for an air conditioning expert that is qualified, responsive, and professional, you may want to consider Brisk Air. Our unit and installation were very expensive and we believe we definitely got our money's worth.
