As in the past... Brisk Air handled my A/C service call very professionally, their communication and follow-up regarding Sandil Reid, the service tech’s arrival time, was greatly appreciated. Sandil Reid was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained the issue and what was needed to fix the A/C unit to get it working again. I do think that the cost for the multiple trip charges to get the replacemetn part was excessive, as I was not told nor was it explained how that works. So, I did not know that there was a trip charge to get the part and return to my home to install the part and then another trip charge to return the defective part to where the tech had to go to get the new part.
