Highly recommend this company. The air conditioner went out late Sunday afternoon and they were at the house and had it fixed by dinner time. David was so courteous and was able to repair the AC in 30 minutes. So thankful they could send someone out on a Sunday evening!

Performed heating maintenance at customer’s house, checked for proper operation, checked delta t, changed batteries and filters, system was functioning properly at departure
Arrived to find blown low-voltage fuse in air handler. Replaced fuse reconnected thermostat wires and tested system in cooling heating and emergency heat With proper pressures and delta T’s. System functions properly at this time.

Performed cooling maintenance. Checked motors capacitors amp drawls and connections. Clean P-trap and vacuumed out drain both filters were clean evaporator and blower wheeler clean and rinsed out condenser. Replaced outdoor capacitor as customers free repair for the service year with her elite membership. Pressures were good and delta T was 20. System functions properly at this time
